Oil on MDF Board 80cmx1.50m 2020

This painting is from the experimental magazine cut ups, this is another one that had captured my eye becuase of the way the face is looking at you, to the eye replacing the leg.

Overall I really like this painting, especially parts such as the leg where the collage edging is really prominent as well as the colours and detail of the big eye. Previous to the plywood board, this thinner MDF is much lighter than the last painting. This also lets me to scale up to bigger sizes. this newer piece of wood also had a much smoother surface and easier to paint on.
